A– Meatballs and Pasta with Cheese
This tasty dish can be prepared, vacuum packaged and frozen for future use.
Culinary Advice:  Serve hot with fresh salad and garlic bread.
Approximate Preparation Time: 20 minutes (including cook time for Pasta) and bake time of about 1 hour. This will make 6 servings.
You will require:
30 Italian-Style Meatballs
one Foodsaver Bag
7 cups cooked tube pasta
2 cups marinara sauce
1-1/3 cups shredded Monterey jack
1-1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated cheese

Soften meatballs in refrigerator overnight or immerse sealed Foodsaver Bag in cold water until meatballs are softened, or defrost in microwave for 6 to 8 minutes or until meatballs become slightly soft.
The next step is to mix meatballs, pasta and marinara sauce. Now spread half of the meatballs and pasta mixture in a 2 to 3-quart baking pan. Layer it with 1 cup of the shredded cheese and all of the cottage cheese over meatballs and pasta. After that top with remaining meatballs and pasta and sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup shredded cheese and the grated cheese. Now cover pan tightly with foil and Freeze several hours or until firm. Lift out of pan with aluminum foil. Place into a gallon-size Foodsaver Bag. Vacuum package, label and return to freezer. To soften, remove from Foodsaver Bag and return to the same pan. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake covered with foil at 375 F for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking 15-20 minutes until heated through.

B– Stormbites
To make this dish you will require:

1/3 cup bite-size rice squares cereal
1/3 cup broken mini twist pretzels
1/4 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 cup coarsely chopped dried ripened pineapple
1/4 cup sweetened and dried cranberries
4 tablespoons white baking chips

Layer rice squares, pretzels and macadamia nuts in a Mason Jar. Now mix dried pineapple and cranberries and place them in jar. Layer white baking chips on top of dried fruit. Now to bake the bites remove white baking chips from jar and set aside, empty remaining contents of jar into a medium bowl, stirring to mix. Now place white baking chips in a small saucepan and melt over low heat and pour melted white baking chips over snack mixture. After that stir until snack mixture is evenly coated with the melted white baking chips and spread mixture in a single layer on waxed paper to harden.
You can vacuum package with a Foodsaver Jar Sealer. There are many more recipes for the purpose and that can give you mouthwatering dishes.
